So the market is cooling off the highs are gone. Don’t tell Rooz Zare and associates that. We were happy to work with Rooz on our recent listing. Understanding the market was cooling we wanted to sell as soon as possible. We agree on a list price and surprisingly there were 12 showings over the first weekend. At the beginning of the week Rooz called us and said we had some work to do and he shared 4 offers with us. His attention to detail, dedication, hard work ethic and understanding our goals and objectives, we accepted an offer that was substantially higher than listed price.
